Pillar Innovations’ Mine Wide Monitoring System is an MSHA approved system that allows operators to monitor, control, and log information in one, state-of-the-art package.  The systems features Red Outstations that can be equipped with an industrial PC and monitor for added versatility. Reliable off the shelf components are used throughout  each component to ensure durability and decrease downtime in the event something needs replaced.  Another advantageous attribute of the Pillar MWMS is the use of a non-proprietary network.  The operator interface features dynamic controls that allow for easily adding or editing components and monitoring alert and alarms.  Each Outstation communicates back across a Fiber Optic backbone to ensure fast and reliable data communication.  We can monitor anything from longwalls, belts, atmospheric conditions, electrical components, streaming video, fans, etc.  If you need something controlled or monitored underground or on your surface operations, chances are we can integrate it into our system.
